The IT department
develops and manages the software and websites. The department comes equipped with a main server which is backed up by and another independent server, which takes over should the main server fail. These six dedicated servers can meet connection speed needs. In the event of a problem with the hardware, our team will respond within 1 hour maximum. If the problem is due to the internet connection, the response time will never be above a 4 hour maximum. The department also carries out onsite installations and maintenance operations.

The Graphic Design Department : Our graphic design team develops your image by creating and retouching your photos and videos. In order to ensure your satisfaction, our graphic designers make use of state of the art equipment (Canon EOS 5D mark II, EOS 1000D et 400D, SONY Camera HDR-SR5E Full HD 1080i), professional equipment (reflectors, diffusers, light filters, projectors, and redheads) and the most innovative software (Microsoft BizSpark, ADOBE creative suite master collection CS4, QUARK express 8, COREL Draw suite 4, DXO Optics PRO, SONY vegas studio 8 PRO...). Commercial and Administrative Department :Always available and quick to respond, we're always ready to meet with you, or to tell you about our services. The Commercial and Administrative Department is ready to formalize your needs and assure their transmission to the two other departments. |
